John Mayer to return to FedExForum, Mar. 19

Seven-time Grammy Award winning musician John Mayer is set to come to Memphis to showcase his musical talent at FedExForum on Friday, March 19.

Tickets for the Beaver Productions show, which will include special guests Michael Franti & Spearhead, are available for $68 and $48 and go on sale Saturday, Nov. 21 at 10 a.m. at all Ticketmaster locations, ticketmaster.com, the FedExForum Box Office or by phone at (800) 745-3000. All ticket prices are subject to additional fees and services charges.

Mayer will be playing a myriad of songs, including ones off his recent Battle Studies release, the fourth studio album for the Grammy Award winner and first in three years. Battle Studies was co-produced by Mayer and Steve Jordan and follows up his critically acclaimed 2006 album, Continuum. The new album incorporates 70’s and 80’s California rock/pop influences and includes a collaboration with music sensation Taylor Swift, on the track “Half of My Heart.”
